After a short break of releasing, BREAK THE SURFACE is back to sneak into your ear with some new sounds. We used the last few weeks to realign the sound of our label. Now we move away from Drum & Bass and keep to our long secret love, the 4/4 time rhythms such as Electronic House, Techno, minimal sounds and everything in between.

Efka is our artist for the restart. He is a gifted producer who understands to create smart grooves. With this release he also debuts. It really is about time that his material gets public because a long process of ripening has to be rewarded with a large crop.

Track 1: rdy / / written and produced by Efka
Consistent and determined, "rdy" accelerates and takes you on a wondrous journey. An adventurous and exciting mood is being created with the help of percussive, grooving beats and a lot of drive. What happens next cannot be foreseen. Well-directed relax phases enable one to breathe deeply before the beat goes on. "rdy" really holds the perfect premises to make the crowd dance.

Track 2: d.i.s.c.o. / / written and produced by Efka
Similar, "d.i.s.c.o." also invites to dance. The flow of this track develops in a slightly surreal direction. Likewise it is perfect to warm up and finally to ignite the dance fury.

Track 3: d.i.s.c.o. / / remixed by Model & Manura
The "d.i.s.c.o." remix of Model & Manura comes along with nice elements of dub. It certainly does not only delight hearts in the early hours. Immerge in this track and drift with the beats.

Track 4: coco loco / / written and produced by Efka & Axel F
This track includes some kind of freakiness. Imagine a long party night when you chill out in a chair and you are a little bit confused. Suddenly you here a quite softly sound: "coco loco..."
